1 Year Anniversary Celebration

Hola Comadres!!

My heart is so full. Yesterday was the celebration of the one year anniversary of my show Comadreando Podcast. I am so proud of the work I have done and the fact that we have been able to create such an amazing community where we uplift each other and support each other. I felt so held and love by all of you yesterday thank you for being there and supporting me. TO the comadres that weren’t able to make it for one reason or another I felt you all there in spirit.

This is not the last event, there will be more with enough time for all of you to make arrangements for child care. I will also make sure to make it during the weekend so we can all hang out stress free. I am putting a few pictures on here. If you have any photos of that evening please share. Thank you to all that were able to make this happen. Especially Claudia Mendoza of the Mamichula Social Club for being my sounding board and providing me with ideas and connections.

I would also love to thank Carol of Amores Café and Juice Bar for hosting us. Everything was delicious and everyone kept commenting how lovely your place was.
