Life updates:
I will be starting the Kundalini Raj Teacher Training that will span from 3/4 to 5/21 it is comprised of many hours of training. At the end of the training I have to take a test to become a certified official tissue Kundalini Yoga Teacher. I have been feeling a calling for a while now to embark on this training and bring healing to my community. As many of you know I am a teacher, and a single mother. The fee for the training is $3,850 it covers 3650 for the training plus the fees from Go Fund Me:
